The Mountain Home Clinical Office has been open since January 2007. The clinical staff are supervised by Lockie Jones, LCSW.
Services provided include qualified behavioral health provider intervention, psychological testing (provided at the Jonesboro office), psychiatric evaluation and medication management, screening and assessment, play therapy, school-based services and education and training for mental health providers. Such services are provided for individuals and groups as well as marital and family counseling for children, adolescents and adults.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Dustin Timmons, APRN serves the Mountain Home Clinic via Telemedicine.
The Mountain Home clinic is recognized as an approved site through the National Health Services Corps. (NHSC). This means two very important things. First, clients who are seeking services but do not have the ability to pay for services can apply for our Sliding Fee Scale to access services. Sliding Fee Scale Applications are available at each approved site and determination is made based on family size and income. Access to services will not be denied based on inability to pay. Second, professionals who are able to practice independently (APRN, LCSW, LPC and MD) can apply through the NHSC website to have their student loans repaid in exchange for working at our Mountain Home clinic.
