June New Hires

Families, Inc. Counseling Services is proud to welcome two outstanding new Mental Health Professionals to our team: Keyana Climmons, PLMSW, and Chassidy Crawford, PLMSW.

Keyana Climmons earned her Master’s in Social Work from Arkansas State University and will be serving clients out of our Jacksonville clinic. In addition to her clinical training, Keyana brings a deep sense of discipline and service as a U.S. Army Transportation Officer. We are honored by her continued commitment to our country and excited to have her dedication and compassion supporting our clients.

Jessica Shelton

Welcome Back, Jessica Shelton, LPC!

Families, Inc. is pleased to welcome back Jessica Shelton, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), to our team. Jessica previously served as a School-Based Therapist and was an integral member of our Crisis Response Team.

She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Walden University and brings with her a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to the clients and communities we serve.

Katelyn Howard announcement

We are proud to announce the promotion of Katelyn Howard to QBHP Training Coordinator at Families, Inc.

Katelyn has been an integral part of our team as a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, bringing compassion, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to every interaction. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work.

Naomi Holloway

Families, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Naomi Holloway to Support Services Coordinator for all outpatient clinic locations, including psychological testing services.

Naomi joined Families, Inc. in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant at the Jonesboro clinic before transferring to the Paragould location. In February 2023, she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator. Most recently, in April 2025, she assumed responsibility for coordinating support services across all eight Families, Inc. outpatient clinics.

Katelyn Berg

We are proud to announce the promotion of Katelyn Berg, LMSW, to Clinical Supervisor at our Jacksonville Clinic. Katelyn joined Families, Inc. in 2020 as an outpatient and school-based therapist and has been an integral part of our clinical team ever since. In April 2025, she officially stepped into her new leadership role, bringing with her a strong clinical background, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for serving others.

Creston Sweet

We’re thrilled to welcome Creston Sweet to the Families, Inc. team as our new Public Relations Coordinator. A native of Brookland, Arkansas, Creston joined us in April and brings a wealth of experience in healthcare marketing and a deep passion for community engagement.
