Amanda Robb, LAC will be serving clients at our Paragould location. Amanda earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and brings a strong passion for supporting individuals and families on their mental health journeys.
Families, Inc. Announces Promotion of Debby Willis, LPC, to Director of Quality Assurance
Families, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Debby Willis, LPC, to Director of Quality Assurance.
Debby has been serving and leading the Quality Assurance Team for over a year, and her strong leadership, expertise, and dedication have merited this well-deserved promotion. She joined Families, Inc. in August 2024 as an outpatient and school-based therapist and was soon promoted to Quality Assurance Manager.

Lorie Boyd, LAC
Lorie joins us with a strong educational foundation and a passion for serving others. She earned her Master of Science in Education in School Counseling, along with additional coursework from Southern Arkansas University to complete the requirements for mental health counseling. Lorie will be serving clients at our Paragould clinic, and we are thrilled to have her expertise and warm professionalism on board.

Emma Hudspeth, LCSW
Emma is a graduate of Arkansas State University, where she earned her Master’s in Social Work. She will be seeing clients out of our Jonesboro Clinic and the Brookland School District.
Mark Dobbs has been a valued member of Families, Inc. Counseling Services since September 9, 2013. With over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, Mark brings a strong background in systems management, technical support, and IT infrastructure. Before joining Families, Inc., he worked as an IT Technician for PC Doc, where he gained hands-on experience that continues to guide his work today.

Families, Inc. is excited to welcome back Christen Higgins, LPC, to our team! Christen is a dedicated therapist who earned her Master’s in Counseling from Harding University. She will be providing services to clients at our Jacksonville clinic.
Christen brings valuable experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families through their counseling journey. We are thrilled to have her back with us and know she will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Exciting News at Families, Inc.!
We are proud to announce that Dr. Pawel Kurylo has been named our new Medical Director, beginning September 2025!
Dr. Kurylo joined Families, Inc. in January 2018 as a Staff Psychiatrist and has been a tremendous asset to our team ever since. A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, he earned his Doctor of Medicine in 2007 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology, Magna Cum Laude, at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He went on to complete both his internship and residency in Psychiatry at UAMS.
We are thrilled to welcome two exceptional therapists to the Families, Inc. Counseling Services team—Sunnie Harris, LAC, and Greer Waddle, LMSW.
Sunnie Harris joins us as a Licensed Associate Counselor after earning her Specialist in Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University. She will be serving clients at our Jonesboro clinic, bringing compassion and expertise to her therapeutic practice.
Families, Inc. Counseling Services is proud to welcome two outstanding new Mental Health Professionals to our team: Keyana Climmons, PLMSW, and Chassidy Crawford, PLMSW.
Keyana Climmons earned her Master’s in Social Work from Arkansas State University and will be serving clients out of our Jacksonville clinic. In addition to her clinical training, Keyana brings a deep sense of discipline and service as a U.S. Army Transportation Officer. We are honored by her continued commitment to our country and excited to have her dedication and compassion supporting our clients.
