It is our pleasure to announce that Bobby Long was recently named Director of Human Resources. Bobby brings 5 years of healthcare experience and over 15 years of HR experience, having served as Director of HR for Cavenaugh Auto Group since 2002. Prior to joining Cavenaugh, he was Executive Director of Star Care PHO.
Bobby graduated from Arkansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and was Salutatorian at Buffalo Island Central High School. He currently holds certifications as Senior Professional Human Resource from HR Certification Institute and Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Families, Inc. has lost a dear friend and co-worker. Clint Dickson, LMSW passed away at his home in Paragould, AR on Monday, July 24 after battling cancer. Clint served his community as a positive member of the Families, Inc. staff in Paragould since 2001. Our prayers are with his family and coworkers.
Ginger Tillman, LPN has recently been selected to serve as the Support Services Coordinator for Families, Inc. As Support Services Coordinator, Ginger will be responsible for overseeing the Support Services staff in all clinic locations which includes hiring new staff, monitoring their progress and ensuring that they maintain efficiency and desired outcomes. Ginger will work closely with Dawna Haley, Director of Support Services who previously held the role of Support Services Coordinator.
Dawna Haley was named Director of Support Services in May, 2017 after serving as the Support Services Coordinator for five years at Families, Inc. During that time, support staff grew from 22 to 35 and the delivery of telemedicine was implemented in several clinics.
As Director of Support Services Dawna will be responsible for developing a recruitment and retention strategy for support staff, as well as maintaining a Support Services Manual and supervising the Support Services Coordinator.
