Employee vs. Independent Contractor

We offer generous pay and a full benefit package to our employees.  We also offer both full-time and part-time employment options for designated positions.

Our independent contractors are paid at a generous per-billable-hour rate and are offered greater flexibility in their work hours.  An independent contractor may provide services as either a mental health paraprofessional or a therapist for Families, Inc.
