Clinical Supervisor
Heidi comes to us with a passion for helping individuals, families, and communities' access high-quality behavioral healthcare. With years of experience in both direct clinical practice and behavioral health leadership, Heidi is dedicated to creating programs that support positive outcomes while ensuring clients receive compassionate, evidence-based care.
Throughout her career, Heidi has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of outpatient, school-based, and community settings. She has extensive experience in clinical supervision, program development, quality improvement, and team leadership. Her clinical approach incorporates evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, & Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Heidi believes that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. She is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence, empowering both clients and staff to reach their fullest potential. She takes pride in building strong relationships with community partners, schools, and families to improve access to behavioral health services across Arkansas.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She values faith, family, and serving others, and considers it a privilege to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
