Debby Willis, LPC, was recently promoted to Director of Quality Assurance. She joined Families, Inc. in August 2024 as an outpatient and school-based therapist and was named Quality Assurance Manager in November 2024.
Debby brings extensive behavioral health experience to this leadership role. She began her mental health career at St. Bernards Behavioral Health as Director of Clinical Services, Quality and Risk. She later served as Clinic Director for Dayspring Behavioral Health and Ascent Children’s Health Services. Debby went on to become Chief Executive Officer for both Ascent and Crestwyn Behavioral Health Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital, organizations within Acadia Healthcare.
A proud graduate of Arkansas State University, Debby holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling. She is also a Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional at the Diplomat level.
As Director of Quality Assurance, Debby leads a team dedicated to ensuring completeness, adequacy, and appropriateness of care; monitoring the quality of services; promoting efficient use of provider resources; and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and volunteering for various organizations. She and her husband, Bobby, are passionate about supporting causes that improve the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
