Families, Inc. would like to welcome Amber Gonzales, LAC, to her new position as Quality Assurance Officer. Amber began her career with Families, Inc.-Trumann in 2009 while attending/completing graduate school at Arkansas State University. Soon thereafter, Amber became a licensed mental health professional and continued to provide services in Trumann. Currently, she is making transitions with clients and will be ready to join the QA Department July 1 to train with her predecessor, Dr. James Dalton.
Amber has excelled as both QBHP and MHP. Her growth, strong work ethic, and ability to provide the highest quality service to her clients has been impressive to say the least. Amber, thank you for a job well done in Trumann and congratulations for being selected as the next Quality Assurance Officer!
