Naomi Holloway joined Families, Inc. in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant at the Jonesboro clinic before transferring to the Paragould location. In February 2023, she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator. Most recently, in April 2025, Naomi was transitioned into Support Services Coordinator for all of our outpatient clinics, including testing services.
As Support Services Coordinator, Naomi is responsible for hiring, training and maintaining support staff for our 8 clinic locations including Jonesboro testing. She plans, schedules, and allocates resources to maintain coverage for Administrative Assistants, Clinical Assistants, Telemedicine Technicians, Receptionists and Floaters. She is constantly having to factor in number of medical staff scheduled, telemedicine services, clinic size, as well as skills of staff and absences.
Naomi graduated with an Associate degree in Legal Administration at Black River Technical College and is a Notary Public for the state of Arkansas.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting, camping, reading and lake days.
