Mark Dobbs has been a valued member of Families, Inc. Counseling Services since September 9, 2013. With more than 18 years of experience in Information Technology, Mark brings a strong background in systems management, technical support, and IT infrastructure. Before joining Families, Inc., he worked as an IT Technician for PC Doc, where he built a foundation of hands-on experience that continues to guide his work today.
In his current role as IT Administrator, Mark oversees the entire Information Technology Department. His responsibilities include managing and maintaining all IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring security and efficiency across the organization, and leading the IT team in daily operations. He also serves as the Purchasing Coordinator, overseeing the procurement of IT hardware, software, and related supplies to support organizational needs.
Mark is recognized for his initiative, dedication, and ability to manage projects with precision and timeliness. His leadership plays a key role in ensuring that Families, Inc. staff have the reliable technology and support needed to provide exceptional care to the communities we serve.
