Mark Dobbs

Mark Dobbs has been a valued member of Families, Inc. Counseling Services since September 9, 2013. With over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, Mark brings a strong background in systems management, technical support, and IT infrastructure. Before joining Families, Inc., he worked as an IT Technician for PC Doc, where he gained hands-on experience that continues to guide his work today.

In September 2025, Mark was promoted to IT Administrator, taking the lead in overseeing the entire Information Technology Department. In this role, he manages and maintains all IT systems and infrastructure, ensures organizational security and efficiency, and leads the IT team in day-to-day operations. Additionally, he serves as the Purchasing Coordinator, overseeing the procurement of IT hardware, software, and related supplies to meet the organization’s evolving needs.

Mark is recognized for his initiative, dedication, and precision in project management. His leadership ensures that Families, Inc. staff have the reliable technology and support necessary to deliver exceptional care to the communities we serve.
