The Piggott Outpatient Clinic opened in November 2016.
Services provided include mental health paraprofessional intervention, psychological testing, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, screening and assessment, play therapy, school-based services and education and training for mental health providers. Such services are provided for individuals and groups as well as marital and family counseling for children, adolescents and adults.
Medical services are provided at the Paragould clinic location by Amy Wallace, MD and Nora Quiason, MD via telemedicine and Pawel Kurylo, MD, Leslee Lowe, APRN and Mallory Broadaway, APRN, DNP onsite.
*This clinic will only provide services to private insurance and Medicare beneficiaries at the clinic address. Medicaid beneficiaries may receive services at their home or local schools.
