Jodie Vericker began her career as an LPN with Families, Inc. in January 2016 serving as Clinical Assistant in the Trumann clinic. In November, 2017 she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator.
As Support Services Coordinator, Jodie is responsible for hiring, training and maintaining support staff for Testing, Osceola, Pocahontas, Walnut Ridge, Searcy and Jacksonville clinics. She plans, schedules, and allocates resources to maintain coverage for Administrative Assistants, Clinical Assistants, Telemedicine Technicians, Receptionists and Floaters. She is constantly having to factor in number of medical staff scheduled, telemedicine services, clinic size, as well as skills of staff and absences.
Jodie obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing degree from Delta Technical Institute. Prior to joining Families, Inc. she served as a nurse for NEA Baptist Clinic in Jonesboro, AR.
