Amber Gonzales, LPC, was named Director of Quality Assurance in December 2022. She had served as the Jonesboro Outpatient Clinical Supervisor since October 2021 and as the Quality Assurance Officer of Families, Inc. from 2014-2021. In 2023, Amber became licensed to provide supervision for Licensed Associate Counselors.
She received both her Specialist in Education and her Bachelor of Social Work from Arkansas State University.
Before joining the Quality Assurance team, Amber spent five years providing direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. Prior to that role, she spent seven years providing case management services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Amber has a passion for serving and helping others in the community and through her church. She is happiest with her husband and all that entails raising their two precious children.
