Mark Thurman served as a Case Manager, then Therapist and Clinical Supervisor in the Searcy outpatient clinic prior to his promotion as Chief Operations Officer in 2005.

As a Registered Nurse, Mark worked at the Murray-Calloway Community Hospital for six years.

Mark was selected as "Most Outstanding Development in entire Nursing Program" at the Burge School of Nursing, in Springfield, Missouri, where he graduated as a Registered Nurse.

He is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Leadership Jonesboro Class of 2006, Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro where he also serves on the Praise Team, and is the Treasurer for the Arkansas Behavioral Health Providers Association. 

Mark and his wife Deanna have two children - daughter, Lakon, and son, Hayes.
