Matt Noles has spent his entire career with Families, Inc. After graduating from Arkansas State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in May, 2003, he joined Familes, Inc. as an accountant. In July, 2005, he was promoted to Business Manager.

As Business Manager, Matt supports the COO in managing the financial plans and assets of the organization. It is his responsibility to monitor and seek to minimize financial risk.

Matt and his wife, Paige, have one son, Cooper.
