Families, Inc....Offers Youth Mental Health First Aid!

 Families, Inc. is piloting the first Youth Mental Health First Aid program in NEA.  Our agency will train over 200 school faculty and personnel and over 100 members of the public to improve mental health literacy – helping them identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness.

Families Inc and the American Cancer Society are teaming up.  This year, we have raised over $2000 in helping to create more birthdays, with many more opportunities to raise more money. Olimpia Rosario, M.D.

Olimpia Rosario, M.D., Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, has recently joined Families, Inc.

Dr. Rosario has a wealth of experience in both the outpatient and inpatient settings and joins us after being in private practice in Virginia for a number of years.

She completed her Doctor of Medicine at Nordestana University in the Domician Republic, an Adult Psychiatry Residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
