Therapist / Mental Health Professionals
The Therapist will be responsible for providing functions related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients both on-site and off-site.

1.    Provides direct mental health services (intake assessment, individual/family
       therapy, group, crisis interventions) to assigned clients.
2.    Provides services both on-site and off-site.
3.    Completes master treatment plans and treatment plan updates.
4.    Completes RSPMI’s and First Health Registrations.
5.    Furnishes required reports to DCFS, legal system and other involved agencies.
6.    Attends regularly scheduled clinic staff meetings.
7.    Provides complete and timely documentation to support services rendered.
8.    Testifies in court as required.

The Therapist shall be licensed in the State of Arkansas to practice as a professional in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or a Registered Nurse with one year of supervised experience in a mental health setting.

Mental Health Paraprofessional
The Mental Health Paraprofessional provides off-site mental health services as well as community resource identification with their assigned clients.  The MHPP is not responsible for supervision of other staff.

1.    Provides services to clients on an off-site basis as prescribed in the treatment
       plan.
2.    Serves as a member of the client’s treatment team.
3.    Coordinates with client’s family, teachers and other community agencies to
       address behavioral issues that occur in the home, school, and community.
4.    Assist with securing wrap-around community services.
5.    Furnishes required reports to DCFS, legal system and other involved agencies.
6.    Attends regularly scheduled clinic staff meetings.
7.    Provides complete and timely documentation to support services rendered.
8.    Testifies in court as required.

The MHPP shall meet the definition of a Mental Health Paraprofessional as defined in the standards for Arkansas Medicaid Providers which requires 40 hours of Para-Professional Training.  We provide an excellent 40-hour Paraprofessional Training Program during your first week of work.


Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to staff members and excellent customer service to our clients.

1.    Greet and assist clients/visitors as they enter the lobby.
2.    Answer and direct incoming calls by taking complete and accurate messages
       and delivering them to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
3.    Schedule medication clinics including confirmation of appointment times,
       verification of Medicaid benefits, and the distribution of accurate daily schedules.
4.    Enter and update all demographic information in the computer system and make
        copies of insurance cards and other documents.
5.    Collect deductibles and co-pays, issue receipts for these payments and forward
        both to the business office on a weekly basis.
6.    Serves as an active member of the Safety Committee.

The Administrative Assistant must possess a high-school diploma or GED and we prefer that you possess experience in an office setting within the Healthcare industry.


Clinical Assistant
The Clinical Assistant has primary responsibilities to include obtaining vital signs of clients and coordinating medication management issues while also working closely with the Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to staff members.

1.    Obtains vital signs from clients and enters them into the medical chart.
2.    Completes progress note to document direct services provided to clients.
3.    Serves as a liaison between client and doctor for medication questions and
       refills.
4.    Checks clinical paperwork for completeness and clerical errors.
5.    Files all paperwork and documentation into the medical charts.
6.    Pulls charts in preparation for doctor’s clinic and reviews each for completeness.
7.    Serves as a backup to the Administrative Assistant in all areas that training has
       been completed to primarily include answering incoming telephone calls.
8.    Serves as an active member of the Safety Committee.
